- The request is made within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date
- The account has been used for legitimate educational purposes only
- No significant abuse or violation of our Terms of Service has occurred
- The refund request is submitted through our official support channels

Credit Refund Policy
bossAI operates on a credit-based system where credits are consumed for AI-powered features like quiz generation, content creation, and translations.
Unused Credits
- Full Refund: Unused credits purchased within the last 30 days can be refunded in full
- Partial Refund: For credits purchased more than 30 days ago, refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee
- No Refund: Credits purchased more than 90 days ago are not eligible for refunds unless required by applicable law
Used Credits
Credits that have been consumed for AI services (quiz generation, content creation, etc.) are generally non-refundable as the service has been provided. However, we may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances such as:
- Technical failures that prevented proper service delivery
- Significant quality issues with AI-generated content
- Service interruptions lasting more than 24 hours
Subscription Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle
- No refunds for partial months, but service continues until the end of the billing period
- Exception: Full refund available within 14 days of initial subscription
Annual Subscriptions
- Pro-rated refunds available for the unused portion if canceled within the first 90 days
- After 90 days, refunds are at our discretion based on usage and circumstances
